What Is It?

Natural Movement, Without the Lines

Botox and Dysport are Health Canada–approved neuromodulators that temporarily relax the small facial muscles responsible for expression-based wrinkles.

When injected with precision, they smooth existing lines and prevent new ones from forming — all while keeping your face looking completely natural and expressive. The goal is never to freeze, but to refresh.

At Coco Beauty House, every Botox treatment begins with a thorough facial assessment to map the ideal injection sites, depth, and dosage specifically for your anatomy.

Where We Treat

Treatment Areas

We address a wide range of areas where dynamic wrinkles appear, as well as functional concerns like TMJ pain and excessive sweating.

Forehead Lines

Horizontal lines across the forehead caused by raising the eyebrows. Botox smooths these lines while preserving natural movement and preventing the "frozen" look.

Frown Lines (11s)

The vertical lines between the eyebrows that form when frowning. One of the most popular treatment areas — Botox here creates a more relaxed, approachable expression.

Crow's Feet

Fine lines that fan from the outer corners of the eyes when smiling. Botox in this area is subtle and natural — you still smile, you just look refreshed doing it.

Brow Lift

Strategic placement of Botox can lift and open the brow, giving a more alert and youthful look without surgery. Excellent for heavy or descending brow tails.

Bunny Lines

The diagonal lines that appear on the nose bridge when scrunching. Often addressed alongside glabellar or forehead treatment for a complete result.

Lip Lines & Lip Flip

A tiny amount of Botox along the upper lip relaxes the orbicularis muscle, revealing more of the upper lip — the "lip flip" — and reducing vertical lip lines.

Gummy Smile

Reduce the appearance of excess gum when smiling by relaxing the upper lip elevator muscles with a small, targeted injection. Quick, effective, and discreet.

Neck Bands (Nefertiti Lift)

Target platysmal bands in the neck to achieve a subtle lift and define the jawline-to-neck transition without any surgical intervention.

Jaw (TMJ / Slimming)

Botox in the masseter muscle reduces jaw clenching and grinding (bruxism), relieves TMJ pain, and subtly slims an overly square jaw for a softer facial shape.

Your Options

Botox vs. Dysport

Both are neuromodulators with similar results — here's how they differ and how we decide which is right for you.

Botox®

The original and most recognized neuromodulator. Botox is highly precise — ideal for small, targeted areas where pin-point placement matters, such as the lips, brow, or crow's feet.

  • ✓ Onset: 4–7 days
  • ✓ Duration: 3–4 months
  • ✓ Best for: targeted, precise areas

Dysport®

A slightly smaller molecule that spreads more broadly — making it excellent for larger treatment areas like the forehead. Many clients notice faster onset with Dysport.

  • ✓ Onset: 2–5 days
  • ✓ Duration: 3–4 months
  • ✓ Best for: larger surface areas

Common Questions

Botox FAQ

Discomfort is minimal. Most clients describe the sensation as a small pinch. We use topical numbing cream beforehand and ultra-fine needles, so the treatment is very well tolerated — even by clients who are nervous about needles.
Results typically last 3–4 months, after which the muscle activity gradually returns. With consistent treatments, many clients find they need touch-ups less frequently over time as the muscles become conditioned.
No — and that is our greatest priority. Frozen results come from overtreatment. We take a conservative, natural approach. Our goal is for friends to notice you look refreshed, rested, and great — not that you've had anything done. You'll still smile, raise your brows, and express yourself fully.
There is no downtime. You can return to work, social activities, and most daily routines immediately. We advise avoiding lying down for 4 hours, intense exercise for 24 hours, and facial massages for 48 hours following treatment.
There's no single right answer — it depends on your skin, genetics, sun exposure, and personal goals. Some clients start as a preventative measure in their late 20s; others first seek treatment in their 40s or 50s to address established lines. We tailor recommendations to where you are right now, not where a formula says you should be.
Botox itself is not reversible, but it is temporary — it wears off naturally over 3–4 months. This is one reason we recommend starting conservatively. If you ever want less effect, time takes care of it. Unlike fillers, there is no antidote needed because the results are not permanent.
